With over 15 years experience working in Municipal Government as CAO, Lana understands the challenges elected officials and CAOs are faced with every day. She spent 2 years studying leadership in Saskatchewan Municipalities through Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC and completed her master’s degree in Leadership in 2020. This along with her Executive Coaching certification gives Lana resources that are unique to municipal governments and can be used to assist and support them through the difficulties they may face.
