Bavle developed this four-month, three-session program based on her Thesis which explored the tools and resources that were currently available to elected officials while identifying the gaps. She created Conversations with Councils to assist elected officials and their administration in improving their governance while becoming better leaders.

Why has LTB Leadership made governance a focus?
In the fall of 2018, Bavle set out to discover how the leadership of elected officials in municipal government could be strengthened. She explored what tools and resources were already available, as well as identified gaps to fill what would help elected officials to lead and carry out their roles and responsibilities better.
LTB Leadership works to create resources, mentor, and train to help those in municipal government succeed.
